Delivery

Residents of Kyiv can receive their order on the day of placing it. Customers from other cities in Ukraine can receive their order within 1-5 days, depending on the location of the settlement and the chosen delivery method.

Orders over 300 UAH are delivered free of charge. You can see the available methods, exact terms, and cost of delivery when placing an order in the order cart, after selecting the delivery city.

Product packaging and integrity

Please check the completeness, integrity of the packaging, absence of mechanical damage, and documents upon receipt of the order. This can be done by the delivery service employees. We are not responsible for the goods that have not been checked for mechanical damage or missing parts directly upon receipt at the carrier's office. If incomplete or damaged items are found, you have the right not to pay for the goods and refuse to receive them.

Exchange or return of goods

The return of goods is carried out only with a completed application. To do this, you need to call 097-784–96-82 or write to e-mail: info@sbrothers.com.ua. Our representative will help you make the return in the most convenient way for you.

Important: When receiving your order, be sure to check the integrity of the product (packaging and its contents).

Return of goods of proper quality

You have the right to return the goods purchased from us of proper quality or exchange them for a similar one if the goods did not satisfy you in shape, dimensions, style, color, or size. The return/exchange of goods of proper quality is carried out within 14 days from the date of purchase, not counting the day of purchase (when receiving goods by courier service - the 14-day countdown begins from the day of receipt).
